I led the creative development of the steering control design for the Millennium Falcon at the Disney Dream Oceaneer Club. I utilized reference set images from the original Star Wars films to retain a similar design while making it comply with Disney safety standards and incorporating a mechanical system that would allow guests to "fly" the Millennium Falcon. I created the 3D model in SolidWorks, 3D printed prototypes to refine the size and ergonomics of the steering, and 3D printed the final design which was used to create a metal cast part.

I also custom machined and aged a pair of brass dice for the Imagineering prop department that hang in Millennium Falcon. I was given a reference image and created a fabrication process to reach the desired creative intent.
